Curtains Center provides a comprehensive return and refund policy in case of any order cancellation, return, and refund claim. The main purpose of our company is to provide high-quality curtains and their installation to our customers in the UAE.
We do everything to make sure that your orders will satisfy all your requirements. Our team carries out a detailed check of each item before shipment. In order to avoid any issues, we always do our best to check everything and solve any problems right away.
However, there can be some problems caused either by our mistakes or changes in the customer’s opinion about the product, which is why we provide you with a return policy.
Criteria for Eligibility to Return
Returns can be made on the following conditions depending on our criteria:
Product Not Matching
In some cases, it might so happen that the product delivered does not match the one selected by the customer through our online site. In such cases, our company takes full responsibility and either substitutes or replaces the product without any extra shipping costs.
Damaged Product
We make sure that the product delivered to you is defect-free and in perfect condition through all the necessary measures. However, if due to some mishap there is some defect or damage caused, then the product can be returned without paying any extra shipping cost.
Product Unwanted and Unused
In case the customer changes his mind about the design, material, and color of the product, then the product can be returned in the exact state it was in. It is the customer who has to bear the extra delivery costs in such situations.
Scenarios When Returns or Refund will not be Accepted
The following circumstances do not meet any requirements for return or refund:
Custom Made Curtains
Curtains or any other products which have been custom made based on your requirements, measurements, materials or design preferences etc., will not be refunded except where there is a clear manufacturing error upon delivery.
Sale/Clearance Products
Where you buy any product under sale or promotion, then you can get a refund only where there is a problem with the products, such as where you have received the wrong/damaged products.
Used Products
Where any curtains have been installed or used after delivery, then you can no longer claim for any refund.
Return and Replacement Procedure
Please kindly follow the process below for returning, replacing, or getting a refund for your products:
Step 1: Contacting the Customer Support

Step 2: Product Evaluation
We require additional pictures or video of your product in order to examine your complaint, if there was a problem with the product after delivery.
Step 3: Returning Your Product Confirmation
After completing the whole process, you will get your product or replacement back in top priority, without any unreasonable delay.
Time Required for Completing the Entire Request
- Requests for returning the product can take up to one to two weeks of processing time.
- Requests for the replacement of the product will be completed faster depending on stock.
- In case of our mistake, all shipping and service costs will be paid by the Curtains Center.
- There will be shipping and service fees charged if the request for return is made because of personal preferences.
